Where are you located and do you travel?
We are based in Houston, TX but we travel everywhere. Our travel expenses are customized to each destination and will cover airfare, nightly stay, rental car and all other travel necessities.
What services do you offer?
We offer photography and videography for weddings, engagements, proposals, portraits, boudoir and maternity sessions. All of our wedding collections range from 8-10 hours with custom packages available. All of our portrait services (bridals, engagements, and maternity) are 1 hour sessions.
How do we book with you?
Fill out our contact form, we will set up a consultation with you and learn all about your vision and you then send you a proposal with a quote and contract to secure your date!
How do payments work? Do you offer refunds?
Each session requires a non-refundable retainer to be paid at the signing of your contract. We do offer payment plans for weddings. There will be no refund of retainer after signing agreement. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Can you help us with our outfits?
Absolutely! We love to help style you for your sessions. We will send our curated style guide to help get you started and you can send us your outfit options so we can help you stylize.
What happens if you are not able to make it to my event?
I would absolutely hope this never happens but since I am human, I always have a contingency plan. We are a team here at ALC with the same skill level. To maintain consistency, all photographers shoot in the same photojournalistic & editorial style, with the same pro-grade photography gear.
How do we receive our images or films? Do you offer RAW images?
All of our images are sent via email in an online gallery that is shareable with high quality downloads. All of our films are sent via Vimeo or Dropbox link with high quality downloads.
Will we be photoshopped?
We love to use the “Two Week” rule. If it will not be gone in two weeks, we will not adjust it. We only edit out distractions like stray hairs, spots, or dust. We love to showcase you AUTHENTICALLY! We want you to receive all of your images in their best and most polished form, therefore we do not provide raw files.
Can you help us with locations?
We encourage clients to choose their own locations as it brings a uniqueness and showcases your individual style in the session. Clients may have access to rare and exclusive locations that we may not so we encourage clients to reach out to family and friends to find those special spots! If you have a hard time choosing a location, don’t fret! We are here to help and would be happy to suggest our go-to favorites.
Album/Prints?
The best thing you can do is get your images printed. Solely having a digital version would not do your memories justice! We offer several Album Options (Leather or Linen) as well as prints within your online gallery. Clients are not required to use Angela Lauren Company for their printing needs, but we’d LOVE for you to get them printed with us because we would love to curate your love story into physical memories.. All downloadable Images are high resolution and can be downloaded through your online gallery by using the high-resolution download option. Images can be printed up to 24x30 print size with high resolution quality.
WEDDINGS
Our Collections range from 8-10 hours with all photography collections including two photographers and an engagement session.
Booking: Once you fill out our inquiry form and tell us all about you. We will have our initial consultation, get to know each other and find out what package will best fit your needs. We will then send a proposal to get your date locked in.
Besties: After you are booked with us (Hooray!), you will receive a questionnaire to prepare us for your wedding day. We will curate a custom timeline based on your coverage, ceremony time and wedding date to fit your photography/videography needs. We will also send over a guide full of wedding tips to get you to your wedding day with ease!
Engagement: We can schedule your engagement session as far out or as close as you want from your wedding. Most couples give themselves at minimum of 6 months before the wedding day to receive the images back and get them printed for invitations. We will send our Engagement Style Guide to give you an idea of what looks go well with your location. SHOW US YOUR OUTFITS! We would love to help you look and feel your best for photos.
Wedding Day: Sit back, relax and enjoy this special time. We are here to make sure you are present and in the moment while we take care of capturing your memories.
Delivery: You will receive your fully edited and curated online gallery or highlight film 8-10 weeks from your wedding day.
BRANDS
Our brand packages are 3 hours and include photography and videography.
Booking: We will have our first consultation, talk all about your business/brand and start mapping out the best ways to showcase you to your clientele.
Session: We will send you a list of questions in preparation for the interview portion of your film. Once your session begins, enjoy the smooth ride!
Delivery: You will receive the first draft of your brand film 4 weeks after your session. Once received, you will make your final adjustments to be reviewed for your final film.
ENGAGEMENTS
All of our engagements sessions are 1 hour with up to two locations.
Booking: We will have our initial consultation and talk about your vision. I’ll send over location suggestions and a style guide to make sure your sessions showcases you two as a couple.
Session: I’ll bring a speaker and play your favorite tunes. Let’s have some fun!
Delivery: You will receive your fully edited online gallery within 4 weeks of your session.
